Ahh! The Good Stuff
We get it, you love coffee! So do we, otherwise we wouldn’t be writing this blog and you wouldn’t be reading it. Have you ever heard about the negative effects of coffee? Some critics will tell you coffee can raise blood pressure, impair sleep, increase your heart rate, and maybe even cause the “C” word! Guess WHO (yes, a bad pun) recently took coffee off the possible carcinogen list, and is now engaging in long-term studies to show the health benefits? That’s right, the World Health Organization. In this article, we are going to talk about some of the health benefits of coffee, so the next time someone tries to give you a hard time about loving your java, you can just let them know that you’re being extra health-conscious.
